Today’s run

Today’s run was good, I started off slowly as I wanted an easy run today after yesterday’s hard work. But I did manage to speed up towards the end of the 5k with a little sprint finish. Yay! Also on exciting news my new running watch has been dispatched…professional looking runner here I come! I cannot wait to start properly timing my runs.
